Dear School, Church Group or Other Organization,
We are happy to announce that the 24th Annual Perry Dogwood Festival is right around the corner. Like last year, the events will be held for two days, this helps to bring in better crafters, bigger crowds, and lots of fun for all. We would love to have your school, church group, or organization perform at the Perry Dogwood Festival. We are encouraging any group, from drama teams to quartets, to participate. Only youth groups may perform. There is no charge to participate. Please fill out the following information and send back to the Perry Dogwood Festival Committee, if you are interested. We look forward to hearing from you.

• Note: If your organization has several groups that want to perform back to back please reserve the total time of all groups performing and then list each group in order of their performance.
Example: Perry Middle School, 45 min. Total: 1st: Band, 30 min. & 2nd: Cheerleaders, 15 min.
• Acceptance in the show is determined upon Uniqueness, References, and Variety.
