Dear Craft or Spacer Vendor:
Preparations for the 22nd Annual Perry Dogwood Festival are currently underway. We are
anticipating another successful festival in beautiful Historic Perry, Georgia. I would like to
extend an invitation to have you submit your application for the Arts & Crafts portion of the
Festival.
The Perry Dogwood Festival is a two day event on April 10th and 11th with activities for the
whole family. A road race will start Saturday morning off with the crafters, vendors, and
children’s rides opening at 10am and closing at 6pm. For your convenience, we will open
Saturday morning at 6am to ensure that you will have ample time to set up your displays.
The Arts & Crafts Show will begin Sunday at 12 Noon and close at 5pm. Since the Arts &
Crafts Show is a two-day event, we require all vendors to participate on both Saturday and
Sunday.
The Application Deadline is Friday, March 19, 2010. Applications postmarked after
this date will be assessed a $10 late fee and will be accepted only if space is available
and based on merit to the show. Please be aware, that we are unable to guarantee space
assignments from previous years. Space assignments are based upon order of receipt of the
applications, or need of water and electricity, and are made at the discretion of the festival
promoters.
Unfortunately, we are not able to control the weather. As with any outdoor event, inclement
weather is a possibility, so please come prepared. We will not refund any registration fees in
the event of bad weather, and cannot reschedule the show.

Dear Food Vendor:
Preparations for the 22nd Annual Perry Dogwood Festival are currently underway. We are anticipating another successful festival in beautiful Downtown Perry, Georgia. I would like to extend an invitation to have you submit your application to be a food vendor at the Festival. Please keep in mind that you will have to apply for a Temporary Health Permit. The codes in Houston County are very strict and require netting that encompasses tent or trailer. Once accepted to the Festival, the health permit application will be sent to you.
The Perry Dogwood Festival is a two day event on April 10th and 11th with activities for the whole
family. A road race will start Saturday morning off with the crafters, vendors, and children’s rides
opening at 10am and closing at 6pm. The Arts & Crafts Show will begin Sunday at 12 Noon and close
at 5pm. Since the Arts & Crafts Show is a two-day event, we require all vendors to participate on both Saturday and Sunday.
For your convenience, we will open Friday evening at 7pm to ensure that you will have ample time toset up your displays. Again, this year Coca Cola is the official drink sponsor of the 22nd Annual Perry Dogwood Festival. All drinks (ex: carbonated beverages, powerade and water) served during the festival must be processed by Coca Cola Company. The only exceptions are drinks not made by Coca Cola (ex: coffee, tea, icees, slushies, & other specialty drinks). To ensure price & quality consistency all drinks must be purchased through the chamber and sold during the festival for $2/ 20oz drink. You may purchase cases of Coca Cola products for $25.00/case (24 - 20oz bottles/case).
